I periodically scan my sites with various tools to make sure that I am keeping up with the current web standards. It's usually a mix of security, performance, and accessability tests. I am on the lookout for outage libraries, incorrect HTTP headers, or anything that might be deprecated.

One item that keeps coming up is that I do not have a cookie disclosure on my site. It's an accurate finding. I do not have a disclosure statement because my site does not rely on any cookies. No cookies for performance settings. No cookies for advertising preferences. No cookies for extra functionality. No cookies at all. All of my site visitors get the same site experience.
